The owner of the company, Ryan, was the only plumber I called who would do an estimate over the phone. Since I knew exactly what needed to be done (I already had one estimate), I thought I would save time by the phone estimate. His estimate was lower than the high end of the quote and I used an Angie’s List coupon to make it super affordable. Paramedic’s was fully booked until Tuesday July 16 but he said he would work me in on Friday 7/12. They confirmed the appointment, called ahead, and were on time. They finished in two hours-my other estimate said it would take four. The quality is great, the service men were professional. Just a personal note: this is a family company, I think Bev who took my initial call is his mother. I liked that the company had a nice family vibe but could still execute a job to perfect satisfaction at an incredible price.
